Bates Tavner Resourcing and JPW Advertising are joining forces to offer clients a broader range of recruitment communications solutions than ever before.

The new business - Bates JPW - will be headed up by David Bates, current Managing Director of Bates Tavner Resources. JPW's Managing Director, Colin Payne, will become Director of Client Services.

Already well established and highly successful in their own right, the two companies share very similar cultures, as David explained: ''Both businesses have a strong focus on client service. This new venture will only strengthen that commitment, allowing us to develop innovative opportunities and bring our distinctive styles to a wider audience.''

So the message is 'new name but same service'? Colin agreed: ''That's definitely true, but by bringing together our resources, experience and knowledge, we're able to deliver a much more extensive offering to clients.''
